How do I download and install Sapa TV?

To get started with Sapa TV, follow the installation process outlined below: 
 
Mobile
  1. Access the Download Link: Please access the following link directly on your mobile’s  internet browser:SOURCE ID APK DOWNLOAD LINK
  2. Download Will Begin: Once you access the link, the download of our app will start immediately. Please be patient while the download completes; this may take a few moments depending on your internet speed.
  3. Install the App: After the download is complete,you can find the APK file in your device’s “Downloads” folder and click “Install”
Note:If you see a Goole Security pop-up saying “The app is harmful”,follow these steps to install the app:
  1. Tap “More details.”
  2. Tap “Install anyway.”
  3. Do not tap “Got it” to ensure the app installs successfully.

TV Device:

  1. Access the play Store and download the app “Downloader by AFTVnews”
  2. Go to settings>security & restrictions > enable apps from unknown sources.
  3. Open “Downloader by AFTVnews” and type or 104171 to install the App.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 7-day free trial for a new device registered,  so you can check out our app! To qualify for the trial, you must:
  1. Use a device that has never installed Sapa TV before.
We offer a 7-day trial period for new users, with no need to bind a credit card. You can fully enjoy our services without any commitment before deciding whether to pay.
 
 
Please note that this trial period is only available for devices that have never installed the Sapa TV app. Each device is eligible for one trial period. If you have a mobile phone and a TV, you can get a separate trial period on each device.
 

How to register or create a Sapa TV account?

You have two registration options, and your account will be accessible regardless of where you register.
 
Registering within the app:
  1. Go to the Profile page and click the SIGN UP button to access the email / mobile phone registration page.
  2. Enter your valid email address or mobile phone and click the SEND CODE button.
  3. Locate the verification email in your mailbox or message (also check the spam folder).
  4. Enter the 4-digit verification code into the VERIFICATION CODE input field.
  5. Set a password with no fewer than 6 characters.Click the SUBMIT button.
  6. Click the SUBMIT button.
     
Registering on MS:
  1. Click the SIGN UP button in the top right corner of the homepage to access the email registration page.
  2. Enter your valid email address and click the SEND CODE button.
  3. Locate the verification email in your mailbox (also check the spam folder).
  4. Enter the 4-digit verification code into the VERIFICATION CODE input field.
  5. Set a password with no fewer than 6 characters.
  6. Click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.
 

I did not receive the verification code.

To recover your password or create a new account, check your “Spam” folder after clicking “Send code” to receive the verification code, as it may be marked as spam by your email provider.

How to reset my Sapa TV password?

To recover your password, please follow the following steps:
Membersite
  1. Access: https://sapatv.online/forgot-password
  2. Input your email account information.
  3. Click “Send code” to receive a 4-digit verification code (also check the spam folder).
  4. Place this 4-digit code in the indicated space and create a new password.
App
  1. Back to login page and click forgot password.
  2. Input your email account information.
  3. Click “Send code” to receive a 4-digit verification code (also check the spam folder).
  4. Place this 4-digit code in the indicated space and create a new password.
Note: you can only reset your password; it is not possible to reset your login account.

The app is not installed on my android phone.

I am unable to locate the APK file after successfully downloading the app.

To check for the missing APK file:

  3. Look for the downloaded APK file.
  4. Click “install”.

What plans do you offer and the prices?

Currently, we offer four plans, all of which include live and on-demand content:
 
  • Mobile Weekly: Valid for 7 days, supports login and use on 1 mobile device only.
  • Mobile Monthly: Valid for 30 days, supports login and use on 1 mobile device only.
  • Standard Weekly: Valid for 7 days, supports simultaneous login and use on 1 mobile device and 1 TV.
  • Standard Monthly: Valid for 30 days, supports simultaneous login and use on 1 mobile device and 1 TV.

How do I buy a plan?

You have two ways to purchase Sapa TV service:
  1. Buy from our official membersite: www.sapatv.online

    • We support payment with NGN, KES, USD, UGX, ZMW and more currencies.
    • After your successful payment, the validity will be credited to your account automatically.
    • You can also access the membersite via the Profile-Recharge page on the mobile app or scan the QR code on the Subscription page on the TV app.
  2. Contact the resellers to buy a 16-digit Recharge Code

    • You can top up your account with a Recharge Code or log in with it directly as an individual accounts

How do I make a payment online?

To make an online purchase, visit https://sapatv.online and follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Sapa TV email account. If you haven’t registered an account yet, please do so first.
  2. Choose your preferred plan on the membersite and then click the ‘Buy Now’ button.
  3. Confirm your currency and payment method, fill-in your payment information required.
  4. Submit the order to complete your transaction.
Note: The validity period will be updated to your logged account. Please restart the app or re-login your account to check the latest expiry date after you receive the confirmation email from membersite. No recharge code will be delivered.

Which currency is available for payment?

The official membersite supports the following currencies: (**the currencies are updated regularly. Please refer to the current display of the membersite for the most accurate information)
  1. NGN (Naira)-Nigeria: You can make payments using Bank Transfer.
  2. KES (Kenyan shilling)Kenya: You can make payments using M-Pesa.
  3. XOF (West African CFA Franc)-Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo: You can make payments using Orange Money, Free of Mobile Money.

I have paid viamembersite(online)but my account is still not active.

If you’ve paid via the official membersite (www.sapatv.online) but the validity isn’t activated, try these steps:
 
  1. Check your order status on the My Account page – Subscription list on the membersite. If it’s PENDING or FAILED, the payment is unconfirmed or unsuccessful. Send a screenshot of your payment receipt, along with your account and order ID to CS team via [email protected] for processing.
  2. If the order status is SUCCESSFUL and you’ve got a confirmation email sent from membersite, please restart your app or re-login your account to update the validity.
  3. For other issues, contact [email protected]

Where can I find my recharge code?

The “recharge code” is issued by resellers only. Please contact the reseller [email protected] for assistance.
Note: Online payment will not need the “recharge code”, the validity period will be added to the account automatically.
If you place an order through the official membersite (www.sapatv.online), the validity period will be automatically updated to the account you logged in with at the time of purchase, and you will not receive a recharge code.
 
If you have the transaction with a reseller, please contact the reseller to get the recharge code directly.

Do I need a recharge code for online payment?

If you buy a plan online from the official membersite, the validity period will be updated in your account, no recharge code required.

I bought more than one plan on the same account,what now?

When you purchase multiple plans under the same account, the validity periods will be stacked. However, please note that you cannot purchase a lower-tier plan when you already have an active plan.

What is a discount code?

Step-by-Step Guide to Redeem Discount Code
  1. Log In to Your Account
    • If you have not logged in, enter your email account and password.
    • If you don’t have an email account, click on “Sign Up” to create one first.
  2. Visit the Redemption Page
    • On membersite, click on the “Buy Now” button for the plan you want to purchase.
  3. Enter the Code
    • Locate the redemption field labeled “Enter Your Code”
    • Carefully type or paste your code into the field. Ensure there are no extra spaces.
  4. Click Apply
    • Once you have entered the code, click the “Apply” button.
    • The site will process your code and confirm if it’s valid.

Can I use my Sapa TV plan on more than one device at the same time?

The plan you purchase determines the type and number of devices your account can log into simultaneously. If you purchase a Mobile plan, you can only log in on one mobile device. If you purchase a Standard plan, you can log in and use on one mobile device and one TV at the same time.

If I purchase a Standard plan,can I switch to log in on different TVs or mobile phones?

The Standard plan supports a maximum of one mobile device and one TV online simultaneously. For example, if you are already logged in on one TV, when you switch to a second TV, the first TV will be automatically logged out. Conversely, if you have already logged in on one mobile device, when you log in on another mobile device at the same time, the first mobile device will be automatically logged out.

If I purchase a Mobile plan,can I switch to log in on different mobile phones?

The Mobile plan supports a maximum of one mobile device online. For example, if you are already logged in on one mobile device, when you switch to a second mobile device, the first mobile device will be automatically logged out.

Why can’t I buy a Mobile plan?(Downgrade from standard to Mobile plan)

Your current plan is Standard, which is our highest-level plan and has not yet expired. We do not support downgrading to a lower-level plan. Currently, you can only purchase the same-level Standard Weekly or Standard Monthly plan. If your usage requirement can be met by the Mobile plan, you will have to wait until your current Standard plan expires before making a purchase.

 

I already have a valid Mobile plan, but now I want to extend the service to my TV (or I just bought the Mobile plan mistakenly, what I really need is the Standard plan). What can I do?

( Upgrade from Mobile to Standard plan)

Our membersite supports upgrading from a Mobile plan to a Standard plan. Here are the steps to follow:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Directly purchase the Standard plan you desire.
  3. After completing the payment, the remaining validity of your previous Mobile plan will be upgraded to the Standard plan at a certain ratio.
 
For example, if you currently have 30 days left on your Mobile Monthly plan, after purchasing the Standard Monthly plan, the final validity of your account will be updated to 48 days (30*0.6+30=48), and you can enjoy it on both 1 TV and 1 Mobile at the same time.

Why was my validity period lost? (Upgrade from Mobile to Standard plan)

Because you have upgraded from a Mobile plan to a Standard plan, this involves the conversion of plan benefits.
For example, if you currently have 6 days left on your Mobile Weekly plan, after purchasing the Standard Weekly plan, the final validity of your account will be updated to 11 days (6*0.6+7=11) rather than 13 days, and you can enjoy it on both 1 TV and 1 Mobile at the same time.

After subscription, do I need mobile data or even without mobile data will I be able to watch Live TV?

The subscription only includes the rights to watch live TV channels and on-demand content in Sapa TV apps, and does not include data consumption. You need to use Wi-Fi or mobile data purchased from your telecom network provider to access the playing.

The app is not working

Instabilities can occur for a variety of reasons and it is often possible to resolve them very simply!
  1. Check if the network connection is stable and restart your device/modem, disconnecting all cables for a few minutes. If you use Wi-Fi, try connecting a network cable to minimize fluctuations.
  2. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app. If an update is necessary, you can perform it either on our website, or within the app by accessing “Menu” → “Info” → “Check Update”.
  3. Clean the cache and restart again after a few minutes: “Settings” → “Applications” → “Sapa TV”→ “Clear Cache”.

The app is not installed on my TV,what now?

If you see the error “The app is not installed” on your TV, check the memory space. If it’s full, free up some space to allow the app to work.

I am having issues with my recharge code, what now?
